- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I visited this shop today in search of a spotlight fitting. The grumpy old man who served me told me I was "..talking a load of crap" when I told him that I was sorry but didnt like the appearance of the fitting he showed me. Obviously I was not going to buy anything from him after being talked to like that, and walked out. What an utterly idiotic and disrespectful way to talk to a customer. I hope his employers read this review, perhaps they could send him on a Customer Care course, or give him his P45. I certainly wont go back there again, and advise anyone else to look elsewhere. There is another electrical factors about 100 yards up the road. They are very polite and helpful.By Admin, January 07, 2019
